  • Credits must not have been used or must be minimal usage (less than 10% of purchased credits)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been used or consumed
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated
